Dear All,

We can meet chapter-wise, like the Delhi chapter and in other towns. Human Capital Magazine has it in the same way. I was a member of it in my last organization, and we used to meet once a year to discuss things on a bigger platform. There, the organizers used to conduct seminars as well. My only concern is that some people will try to make it commercial for vested interests.

Meeting everyone for what purpose? If sharing thoughts and professional ideas, it can be done through the HR Forum Online as we have been doing presently. But can anyone tell me what that is going to achieve in meeting members directly? All members are scattered in different parts of the country/world. Most of us would not be familiar with each other in person. It will take time to get familiar and share thoughts and ideas, and the day will be over very soon. We are not planning to have a three-day seminar, right?

You have raised a nice question to assemble all Cite HR professionals on a platform. However, every member has their own individual and personal responsibility for their lives, making it a little difficult to gather. In my opinion, the easiest way to meet and share ideas is through the Cite HR platform and members' email addresses and telephone numbers.

Dear All,

Have a nice day. Yes, it can be possible... But first of all, city, then state, and then national level. But for this, we should provide our true ID/location on-site. And why are we not available on mobile for solving our day-to-day problems?

Dear Kalyani,

It is a very good thought, but at the same time, let's start by meeting city-wise first. If members are looking to meet, I can offer my office space in Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai, every Saturday after 3:30, where we can meet each other and share knowledge and ideas which will be beneficial to each of us.

You can contact me at 9821014796.

Dear Senior Moderators and Administrators of Citehr,

This is a good idea to meet all at one time. The lectures from the seniors and super moderators will give us more knowledge. Suitable places for the meeting in the south are Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad. This will enable the juniors and the freshers to gain good experience and clear their doubts in one place. For the meeting, you can set fees for the participants.

Best Regards,

G. Subiah
