Hi,

As per ISO standards, you need to have the authorities and responsibilities for all the designations mentioned in the organization chart. You also need to have a competency mapping that will show the list of existing employees, their designations, nature of work, competencies and skills required, regulatory competencies and skills required, and the training needs.

Dear All,

I want to know how one should prepare documents while working in the HR department. Are there any specific ISO standards for the various letters that the HR department issues at different points? For example, is there a specific reference number for a job offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, etc., according to ISO standards? Please give suggestions.

You don't have to worry; there are companies that handle all the documentation. These companies have all the necessary documents prepared according to industry standards. You just need to engage with them, and within 2-3 months, you will obtain the ISO Certificate. They will charge based on the total number of employees. Companies like TUV and others provide such services. It is a straightforward process.
