I am working in Pvt. Ltd. As per our Leave policy, there are a total of 20 leaves determined, out of which 6 are PL and the remaining 14 are CL/SL, 7/7.
Now, my question is, what would be the mode of Leave allotment to any employee, whether they are an old employee or newly joined in the middle of the year? What would be the leave allotment procedure for both conditions - under probation and after confirmation?
