If at all there is no wage paid on the respective month then no contributions towards ESI, EPF, PT etc for the same month

Yes, you have a Option to Show as Leave IN ESIC & PF, In PF ECR sheet U should mention NCP Days and In ESIC also, mention Code No 1 (On Leave)
