Dear Friends,
As per factories Act 1948 a person who works for not less that 240 days in a year is eligible for EL for every 20 days one EL.Any person whether trainne or probation or confirmed who joins in a company and worked for 240 in a continuous year is eligible for EL.It will be from Jan to DEc. 1 Cl for each month.That depends on company policy.
Pls refer the Act once.
