Myself Satish D Hegde MSW (PM&IR)2006 pass out working in a manufacturing industry having 2.5 yrs of exp. in the general HR field. I want to know is there any PG Diploma cources (External) in Labour law or IR. I wated have the qualification and enrich my knowledge in this field. May i get some of the references and suggestions for above question.

I am an Btech undergraduate from electronics with an experience of 9months in network administration & no longer doing the same job.I am actually intrested in HR field and i don't have any knowledge regarding this field.But as i am in USA on H4,i am unable to decide my career path.I need some help like do i have to do some online course or any certification to get some knowledge.I really have a quest to work in HR field.Please help me.

I am also doing MBA hr, as correspondence from ignou, that means it wont help me in geetin better job option in near future. Presently i am working on a secretarial profile, but i want to change it and want to do in HR.
Kindly suggest what should i do, and how will get experience in HR, if i really want to go in that field. How i would get my first HR executive job, n what else i really should do for this.

There is difference between correspondence and distance mode of education.
