I would like to start a new business, but I am confused about where to get projects. Currently, I am working in a BPO industry. I still have doubts about whether this market will sustain for more years. In my opinion, as long as customers exist, this industry will stay healthy. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I believe I can start a business, but I don't know where to find projects. I am good at managing people and aspire to become a successful service provider in the future. I understand that there will be a lot of stress involved, so I would appreciate help with projects, preferably non-voice initially. Once I reach a certain level, I am confident I will be able to take on all types of projects.

Basically, make a business plan and then decide whether you want to go ahead or not. Starting a business is not easy - funds, guts, hard work, and readiness to accept ups and downs.
