We are in the process of sorting out the used and unused items at the godown and systematically arranging them for effective retrieval. Hence, you are all requested to please identify the used/unused material at the godown within this weekend so that we can arrange each item clearly labeled and demarcated and will scrap the unused material.

Salutation/Sir/Madam
Dear Sir,
I believe proper salutations should be used while sending emails to seniors, and a small courtesy can resolve many unnecessary frictions in your work. We address many unknown individuals as "Dear Sir," so why not address those known to us in the same manner? Farukh should use respectful language for Mr. Pandit. Why should anyone feel inferior in addressing someone as Sir? I believe we should address juniors as Sir if they have valuable knowledge for us to learn from. Let's make it a habit to address others as Sir, so it becomes natural and not something to be ashamed of.
I kindly request Mr. Anish to address the issue by instructing their team to use proper salutations for seniors in the future.

Stationery...
Dear All,
For many employees, it's all too easy to go to the stationery cupboard and grab armfuls of stationery without giving much thought to the real need and use some of the items will have. To minimize the use of stationery, we have decided to issue it from the HR Department. Desk delivery will not be given; everyone has to come and sign the requisition after receiving the same.

All the Engineers, Managers and Branch Heads are requested to make their travelling plan in such a way so that you can join the Meeting in the Morning & can leave by 13th Night or 14th Morning.
So start the year strong, set milestones throughout the year to track progress as it is a great opportunity to challenge yourself to grow, both personally and professionally.

All managers are requested to please mend this habit of their team because it is ultimately spoiling our office culture. We have access to the camera now, and anybody found going out shall be liable for suitable disciplinary action and will be marked as absent for the day or will bear a monetary deduction.
