Forming Trade Unions (TUs) is a legal right of employees. Probably, if you treat your employees well and keep them happy, they may not join any TU or form a TU of their own. Minimizing dissatisfaction by implementing open-door management policies, fair treatment, better pay than competitors, etc., can make employees feel no need for unions to support or assist them. There is no legal way to restrict employee rights.
