Forming TUs are a legal right of employees.
Probably if you treat your employees well and keep them happy, they may not join any TU or form a TU of their own.
Minimising dissatisfaction by open door management policies, fair treatment better pay than competitors etc can make employees feel no need of unions to support or assist them.
There is no legal way to restrict employee rights.
