I have 3.4 real and 3.3 fake experience total :6.7 yr experience.
My question is: should i remove fake experience or not but my starting designation was lead engineer and package is 6.3 lacs in current company .So if i remove fake then how will i convince them for designation and package . Can i modify designation in offer letter for current organization?.
