Rohini...
Bosses are always bad. Be it in any profession...any industry...any company. I am not blaming you. I can understand what you are going through but have you done enough to cope-up with your stress and tensions. Put yourself in your bosses place.
Is he doing more work than you?
Is he having more tasks to handle than what you are doing?
Is he getting more pressure from clients and his seniors than what he is passing on to you?
Most bosses are not bad...but they are preceived as bad. If required...take a break for few days and think about it. It is also important to know and understand as what are your expectations from your career.
I hope...this analysis will help.

Hi,
As per my opinion, in this situation, you must tie-up with some local recruitment consultants who will definitely help you out. The benefit of tie-up with recruiting consultant is that they will provide the candidates as per our specification and also those who are really looking for change.
Also, I want tell you that you don't feel frustrated, see in HR .... this kind of situations happen everyday.
So... cheer up and face the situation with more enthu and eager.
