Try and imagine the knowledge in that is stored in you. BE (CS) and MBA HR - you can emerge to be a powerful player handling both sides with ease. You would understand the requirement of the employees and also the management's point of view.
I have come across many posts where the need has been for an HR person but with an engineering degree. I could not avail the opportunity. Maybe you can make the most of such opportunities.
