Currently i am working in Pharma company its a new set up. if i want to start Training and Development here. what i have to do?
please tell the way and how i can give my best.

First before carrying out the training you have to figure out the training needs, which is the most important part. Conduct a survey among the employees so that the training needs could be analyzed. Accordingly the Training could be designed.

steps involved
1) Write down the sop for training
2) Based on JD prepare the training requirement plan in which ensure that, Induction training,Departmental overview,OJT and others.
3) Training attendance record
4) Objective type questionaire
5) Evaluation sheet
6) Feed back form on the training from trainee for d improvement.
