Sorry to be a late responder on this issue. Already many expert suggestions and plan of action have been shared with you by HR experts. I would like to add the similar opinion what have been shared already. I am fully agreed with the persons who have given you Go ahead suggestion to publish the issue in The Hindu and at the same time we all HR Managers should form a common community through which we should help the HR professionals who have been treated in the similar manner. This would be probably a lesson to such management and their biased representatives. A HR manager means a lot in any company and the people like your GM always have the fear from the people like us. Although I have never experienced such a insulted behavior from senior persons of company, but time has no guarantee. It could have happened with any one.
