HI,
First absconding is not good practice in any one company.
for that whatever reason for abscond, you need to tell honest reason for that.
if your reason really genuine, the interviewer will accept.

I joined as a fresher in a company for 3 months. After 3 months I left the company due to problem with Team Leader. Can I add this experience in my CV . If yes how would I comprehend about this during interview

Hi Lakshminarayanan
Thanks for the information. But no HR that I contacted seems to have humanity. After seeing this, I got calls from few company HR's, where I lost a confirmed offer during BGV even though I had explained them my story several times since the beginning and many of them are not willing to take an interview at least and some are not even willing to listen why I had to take that step. So I have decided to take out that experience from my resume and learnt something from this experience that it is better to hide things than to be real.
I would also like to add one point that you seem to be very honest but now-a-days many(not all) HR's are not for resource management but to force the company policies on Employees irrespective of their situation.

After BG checks, some HRs may not consider the gap experience because of lack of document evidence.
In my case, I initially worked for a small company during recession (2008), and quit after 1.5 years. Then I worked another small but reputed company for 5 years.
Later when I got selected in HCL interview, after BG check, HR told me that my first company’s 1.5 year experience will not be considered since its information is not available with NASSCOM (1st small company got closed after some years). So HR only considered my 5 years as my total experience, and not 6.5 years, and salary negotiation happened accordingly.

For example, on our cricket news project stumped.app, a HR-specialist will carefully interview each applicant. Perhaps you just have not found a company that will appreciate you.

This is absurd.Candidates who are qualified enough to understand what it means to be absconded.
No company would accept such behavour. There is aalways a procedure to leave the company.
However there can be reasons to abscond too but that period of absence is not an expdrience.Hence not adbisable to mention in CV.
