Few days back I attended one interview. They asked me many questions few are really difficult to answer for me. Please share your comment on these questions.
1. How to motivate a person for relocating from Native to distance place for job?
2. How will you close 3 position in One day for different client?
3. what is difference between core developer and core tester?
4. How you'll close the experienced contract position?

Hi Smith,
For above all the questions ans. will be different from each member's perspective. But i can suggest you few things from my side are.
1) Offer them nice salary, Added advantage of being shift to another place and find more oppertunity to work, Sell companies current prjects detail (if you have).
2) To close 3 position in a day is only possible to schedule Walk- in and try to complete all the levels of interview at the same day. Try to compelet basic screening from your side.
3) The process or phase of creating software is called software development, once the software has been created and ready to provide for end users, we test the software with the requirements. Software testing is an execution of a program with the intention of finding bug.
4) Sell companies name to them as well a try to lok at the profiles who are earing less than the yrs of expericne they have.
