Leadership Communication:
High Tea with Leadership for Top performers if the organization is big or with everyone if it is a small one.
Family Day celebrations: Invite the families of top performers and take them through the company profile and talk about the efforts put in by the employees. This is a good motivation for the employees and feel good factor for their families
Round tables: You can gather set of employees and make them talk about their likes and dislikes, suggestions, feedback with their management team
Happy World Initiatives: Here you can take initiatives and make the employees come forward for a good cause which will give them lot of satisfaction like:
Make the employees meet the people in Old Age Home and spend half day at their place on Parents' day or Father's Day etc
Get the orphanage kids and let them play and go through the complete organization (If your policy allows) and have fun

FOLD THM . first call any employee. ask him to pick one chit. ask him to tell the name in tht chit, n also he should tell the merits n demerits of tht person or positive n negativ things abt tht person, negative things means the field in which tht person shud improve.after the first person finishes the chit shud b kept aside frm othr chits n the person whose name appeared previously in the previous chit will b next participant.again he shud pick one chit...... n like this game continues.here every employee gets chance to speak as all 50 names will b there. this game will help employees improve in themselves. and also the communication in employees will increase.

I explain how to play, there is ticket on which number printed. you decide the price of ticket as per players. Then some one pick up no. and announce, if any one that no. on your ticket then cross the no. like this there is three row for each row who will cross all the no. that person get price and one price for all no. of ticket.

Time: Few minutes to 1 hour Purpose: Learn personal backgrounds in a fun setting
Participants:
All Materials needed: Decks of cards — picture cards only
Instructions: Cards represent different stages of life; i.e. Jack is childhood, Queen is teen years, King is young adult, Ace is now. As each person draws a card, they must tell one story about the period of their life that corresponds to the card.
Desired outcome: Team uncovers common interests and opens dialogue.

If you have 50 employees, first just divide them with diff groups and allocate some creative name ,dress code.
Make the competition with each group, and declare any specific prize for them, or some certificates.
Whatever you want to play you can but must be indulge more and more people in the game and being as HR try to focus the people who has some hidden potential but cant show because of hesitation,Further you can remove this on permanent.
Last but not the least just focus on your mind, what's your aim to play these games???
