It's very very useful and excellent format. But please tell me if employee has taken Earn Leave or Paid Leave during month then what will be do, because in my company only two types of leaves Paid Leave and Casual Leave,

Thank you for sharing a wonderful attendance format.
In addition to your work i would like to suggest you that, in the attendance format you have facilitated for half day or full day present. But if an employee is half day present and he takes leave EL/SL/CL then there is no option to mark half day sanctioned leave.
If you can also provide present days and payable days in seperate coloumn it will be more helpful.
You should also provide a coloum for paid holiday marking.
Coloums added as terminated, no information may be removed as they are not that, necessarily required.
