what the greatest challenges in the workplace currently are?
Introducing CHANGE / Bench Marking practices to the existing work force sounds to be a greastest challenge for HR/IR.
What training was undertaken for meeting these challenges?
Technical inputs, Safety related inputs and Personality Development Programme viz., Self-Efficacy, Shop floor Leadership and Managing Change.
What additional training and development are seen as priorities.
Stress Management, Recreational activities etc...
