I have just resume my duty after my maternity leave, but company is changing my job profile by saying that i am not able to handle my earlier duties. when i was going on maternity leave assurance was given that we are hiring temporary a lady for your duties, but after joining my boss is giving me strange reasons that i am not able to give my full time to job so that's why they shifting me from my existing profile.
Please suggest what to do

Please elaborate your query if the employer is giving a light work looking to your health, what is the harm. If the employer has demoted you or giving you salary less than what you were earning before pregnancy then it would be concern to raise.

can i receive maternity payment after delivery...without inform to esi before my delivery...my company said to my payment from esi...bt now i knw that esi gives payment before informing jst want to confirm me shall i receive after delivery from esi.

There are set rules to be followed for any claim from the Government, your company has not guided you properly, maybe due to lack of knowledge. The only think you can do is approach your Branch Officer in ESI they may help you. Please find enclosed herewith the Maternity Benefit Law for your reference and knowledge purpose.
