How to over come the situation as mentioned by you in the above is to be answered by experience persons yaar.As I am a Fresher in HR and also not working in that relevant field as I didn't get an good opportunity in that field.

Hi every one ,
Just need to share a small thought i am working in a pvt ltd company as an hr but here i am confused with my work my director do the same if an employee is from his reference he ask me to give more salary to them and if i complain about them for breaking the rule he says leave it up to me i have two employees working at the same post but huge difference in salary i by my self was entrusted to give a hike of 2000 pm to an employee but he didn't agree to it. So if this kind of situation comes what i should do.............. some time we know we are wrong but still keep doing it just for the sake of job ........................ pls let me know what i can do about it .....

Dear Anajli,
Its a bad situation, is your company a big organization or a small one if its a big one then your directors cant do what they are doing & if they are doing so there demoralizing there workers which will set a huge draw back for the organization .
In this case what you have to do is talk to other Directors,(if any) and see if they are with you if not then start looking for another opening.

Subject:Salary and offer Letter
Dear Boss,
my frd hav faced a problem in offer letter.
She is working as a Hr executive for last 1month.she got a offer letter but in that offer letter they are mention only "executive".
now a days executives in all the jobs.they r nt clearly mention and also thay re said salary is 7000rs but in that offer letter mentioned only 6500rs.
my frd is very confused, So kindly tell what to do?in that suituatuin
that peoples are asking sign in that xerox copy of offer letter
So kindly help me
