In MBA itself you have covered most of the topic whatever others can suggest you, my suggetion you can go for Phd in strategic management, it will help you in long term when you will have more experiance in hand.

Companies will appreciate / give preferences to those professionals who hold experience in respective fields. when you do not have exp in HR, and do hold exp in any other field, it automatically shows your down productivity in HR. you can show it on high graph by showing HR profile included in your current profile. Also MBA HR certificate will help you out in this case. Also do take opinion from experts.
