Purchasing officer job is tough, and you have right for the profit share.
As I m also in same field more then 5 years.
My final comments is, you have a chance to get increament in same company, as you can discuss the package given to earlier purchasing officer and what the benefits or allowance allowed to him/her.
Then you can request your management to offer same to you as you are the one taking care of that field.

Absolutly Right, As I said earlier you deserve senior level job, so start uploading your CV and look in local newspaper for the required job, (Iam not from UAE, but I knew there is many good companies in Jabeel Ali zone, where looking for Purchasing, try for that.)
Last but not least - Is it your visa is transferable, is it you can get release easily from your present employer. If so then start searching.
And please consider Mr. Raj Kumar Hansdah Response also, before further step.

Thanks for your responses, esp. to my post and the additional information. The situation is becoming clearer.
At this point of time, it might have appeared as if your feelings are a reaction to the critical incident of being denied increment and bonus. However, when one goes through the various inputs, esp. "They can utilize me by providing training & promote me to higher position.Laster year , I gave training to two assistants.Their salary is higher than me."; it is clear that due consideration has not been given to your contributions. Now, there can be several reasons for it, valid or invalid, some of which, although very commonplace and meant to be an excuse, may not even be worth discussing.
Under the circumstances, considering all the aspects mentioned by you, in my opinion, it is advisable to look for better opportunities. Do consider such companies where you can use your cross-functional experience and esp. companies in pharma, health or insurance sector where your Bio-informatics background can also give you an edge.
Do feel free to revert back in case you need further clarification/assistance.

Hmm Farzana.. it is indeed a sad thing that you are not getting appreciation from your Boss while you have performed well even more then exceptions of your Boss's and co-workers. I understand your situation and also what you are feeling these days...
But one thing i didn’t understand why they gave you more job responsibilities as you have said above for Admin/HR/Accounts/Reception..

The two person left that doesn’t meant they will not hire new peoples and can get these work done by someone who is already occupied with many work though it is their own decision but was not a good decision i wud say..
Well coming back to the point, three things that I found there that you are working in a organization which is not too big (100 working peoples only), Second that you have more then 4 years of experience and you are pursuing MBA-HR.
You are experienced & skilled, you can get another good job soon but I would suggest you to speak to your Boss/deptt head/ first. I know we can’t be sure to get positive result after getting these things from them so far also they are not considering your hard work as well and made you feel this but let them know what you are feeling now.
I don’t wanna say more in this regard bcz I want you to speaks with them first and let me know their answers. But if you still not want, you can change your job and believe me this is the best time for you to take this decision.
Be polite and composed and confident while talking to your Boss.

Your experience in several verticals will surely fetch you a better job. Without any second though select any one specific vertical of your choice and look out for the opportunities in that vertical.
You no need to be in the place where people do not realize your hard work. At the same time be careful in selecting the organizations that you apply for.
But, as you said you are pursuing your M.B.A, you cannot be sure if you can manage the same in case you shift to any other new Organization. So just think on this......you can either wait until you complete M.B.A and can flew for a better opportunity or if you feel you can manage the studies as well, you can take a decision and start applying.
