Hi Raj, I really don’t understand the reason behind you asking for a relieving letter in this forum. Is there any specific reason behind that?

I agree with PON and MAHESH and dear you must not ask for this. This is not an ethical demand.
We dont know the reason behind your this request but would certainly suggest you to avoid this kind of mistake in future which can endanger you by many ways.

Hmmmmm
Looks like a. Ase of intended fraud
Did you leave reliance without notice to join Vodafone ?
Or did you tell vodafone you worked for reliance when you didn't ?
Anyone reading the post will assume you want to modify the letter and put your name on it.
It's a different matter asking for format, and different asking format with logo

Dear all,
I must compliment to all those who straightaway declined his requirement. And also advised him against. I am HR consultant conducting antecedent verification/background check to Organisations since 5 years in South. This is one among my services. I have verified employment history of 400 candidates and other aspects in their profiles. I have rejected the candidature of several candidates without any hesitation in case forgery, misappropriation, fraudulent conduct and bad relationship with the colleagues and customers.
This youngster seems to take things for granted. Actually he is trying to identify some one who has same level of thinking and attitude.
Please refrain from such a short cut method in career progress. It will surely come back with much more intensity with all fall out effect at a time when you are least expecting such development.

Rajkumar,
Your mail ID indicates that you are somehow linked with Vodafone. Then why Reliance? You are mistaken, this forum is not for getting fake documents. The HR professionals share knowledge in this forum. Do not ask for any such document which can directly hamper your career. Any such fake document produced to HR department will always be subjected to scrutiny.Beware of your future, its time to work hard & earn your reputation rather than seeking other means, as you thought.
