what I mean to say is , your work time starts at 09.00 AM and ur conducting stress busting class for employees before office starts, i.e 08.00 to 09.00, quietly through some good contacts check what the employees have to say on this.
Almost more than 80% would not like the idea of comming to office early and doing yoga class, which would ultimately affect the utility of yoga and may not give desired output. Because its hard for employees to come one hour early as they have many other personal commitments, and you can keep the yoga class optional and see the response, i.e you need to experiment with this until you get a proper solution for the schedule, timetable, and conduction, so that the yoga class is a sure sucess.
It would be the better if you could conduct these yoga classes during office hours.
I just expressed my opinion.

Dear Bhavna,
I am a Clinical PScyhologist and HR Consultant practicing in Mumbai for the last 16 years and conduct Stress Management WOrkshops for Management Colleges, Corporate and PArents. The sesions include a complete understanding, identifying stressors and simple and effective techniques to cope as well as prevent . The sessions are easy to follow and there is an audio relaxation cd recorded in my voice. The sessions are also conducted for Senior Managers, CEO's and CFO's. A counselling and follow-up sessions is also a part of my programme to address the individual needs.
