Hello Mr. Seth
Looking for very early reply and suggestion from you this time.
My company HR has left the job. Now the place is vacant. What do u suggest abt me asking for the same position. I am thinking that if possible i be on this position and can go for some distant learning course which will give me an HR degree simultaneously. Yeah i know you would be thinking how it can be possible in the company. For that i would say that in my company if i can prove my mettle and can convince that i wld do the job more than they can expect then i am sure management wont mind giving me chance.
So would like to know about your view on this and suggestions you would like to suggest. Please make it early as i have to take this decision in next two days.
Thanks & Regards..

Hi Miss Nishtha,
If really you are interested for a change in your domain then i will say that this is the best opportunity you have. And i am very much sure that you can handle the system with a little bit efforts only. As you are very much aware with your company rules & regulations, organisation structure, HR policies and all other systems so you can grab the things very easily.
Moreover its good decision to do MBA from distance learning even i was about to suggest you for the same. You can continue it with Symbiosis or many Institutes are there providing the same course.
And keep in touch for any kind of suggestions or help you require from our side.
Wish You All The Best
Regards,
Amit Seth.

Hi Nishtha,
Nice to hear from u that u r planning to do MBA through DDE.. Even i did my MBA(HR) from Pondicherry University thro' Distance Education only when i was working.. You can do MBA from Symbiosis also itz good..
If you think that your management will be ready to transfer u to HRD then u can carry on.. And i believe that since you've interest to learn and work in HRD surely u'll succeed.. Make ur management know that u can prove urself in the new domain and since the environment is also well known to u, u can do it!!
All the best!!!
Wishes,
Swati
