I am an electronics engineer working as a SAP Co-ordinator (in SAP support-HR). I want to go for SAP HR certification offered by Genovate Solutions Ltd. But before that ,i want to do some short term course on HR in order to get the complete overview of how HR works. I am working on SAP HR but its only support, no implementation. Please advise where i should go for HR short term course

Pl go for some condensed course which can give you more input on HR practices, services right from recruitment to relieving an employee, elements for retention, salary and perks , performance appraisal, etc. Now a days there are many organizations which offer need based courses.
