Dear Pooja,
As per my knowledge, MSW (Master of Social Work) cannot be performed in correspondence. Its a regular course and there would be in-depth study of the subjects through field work. and also most of the Institutions has removed the Specialization phase in MSW. with out the specialization subjects, i don't think so, its worth to pursue regular MSW course.
Its better to opt for SHRM , where it really adds value to your career.
