Hi Arun,
Use Block feature to block companies you don't want to know them to get to know about your resume.
Alternatively, I think HR people should use this as an opportunity to figure out why a good employee is looking out. Why wait for an exit interview? Let's work on retention interview.
Let's not ask a direct direct question as it may the employee in a defensive or submissive mode. Have one to one casual chat.
It's productive as well as preventive towards losing good staff.

There is nothing wrong with the same. Relax!
Even the HR professional is not born in the same co..he/she also must hve come from somewhere.
Take it as a learning!!
Next time onward...please block the companies (in resume view)
