Dear Friends,
Form 11 means which the employee is getting above 15000 salary not compulsory to deduct PF, if the employee not interested in this.
At the time of joining employee should fill the form 11 and submit to the employer.
If any pf audit in future conduct by PF Authorities, We have to submit form 11.
But the employee interested to pay pf, employer has to deduct minimum 780 /- from employee contribution And also Employer has to pay 885 /-

Though it's not illegal to be penalised to have more than one existing PF a/c. it is not correct, you should have got the old a/c. merged with the new a/c. and apply for allotment of UAN immediately. Better approach your PF Trust Secretary to get all the requirements done. Have you not furnished Form-11 to your EPF Trust so far ? If not done do it.

Duration of 4 months or less is immaterial, once an A/c was opened and contributions credited to that a/c. the remaining balances on joining with new employer has to be transferred by filing Form-11. You should ask your new employer to start immediately deducting your PF subscriptions and they'll contribute their share and credit to your a/c. Pl.see that your old a/c is transferred immediately so that you can continue in the same a/c No. and merge it with UAN for which also you should apply immediately.

Some of my employees want to opt out of pf scheme as they are geting more than 15000 per month salary, i got to know that they are required to fill and submit form no. 11. My doubt is in form no. 11 point no. 17 where KYC details are required , they need to fill up bank details with IFSC code and it is mandatory . if an employee doesn't want to enroll in PF scheme so why he/she need to fill the bank details???? Is Form no. 11 acceptable without bank details if the employee is already opting out of PF scheme in new employment. ?????
