(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply is incorrect as the calculation for PF deduction is inaccurate. The PF deduction should be 12% of Basic, not a fixed amount.

    2. The bonus has also been calculated based on Rs. 15,000/- per month salary only.

    CTC: 7,40,000
    Salary Components Amount Monthly
    (a) Basic Wages @ 50% of CTC 3,70,000 30,833
    (b) HRA @ 50% of Basic Pay 1,85,000 15,417
    (c) Conveyance Allowance - 1600/- Per Month Fixed 19,200 1,600
    (d) Performance Linked Salary (Balancing Figure) 1,27,406 10,617

    (g) Bonus @ 8.33% on Rs. 15,000/- P.M. 14,994 1,250

Hope the matter shall get clarified.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The provided breakdown is not accurate. The PF contribution should be calculated on the actual basic salary, not a fixed amount. The bonus calculation should also be based on the actual CTC, not a fixed monthly amount.
