Dear Sir,
Thanks to Mr.Dhingra and Mr.Hansdah.
Posting a thread is like inviting a threat.
Thanks for your posts in Red and bold colours.
Everyone has a right to express his problems & being seniors you should come up with solutions, instead of catching each and every words. There is no need for me to type each and every word officially. There is no need even to post a thread on this site.Even I can give you a reply in your style with bold red colour, but thats not Hr Style.
To be frank Hr can just do the counselling or can advice the employees/Management.So the management was firm with their decision and they accepted the resignation.
Thank you

Hi Kamal,
Indeed its a good decision. At work place, after a specified limit its not the realtionships that really counts its ones professionalism. They are recruited and placed there to work for the company. Thats the reason they are coming to office daily right? And, both are matured enough to understand this and if they cant sort it out then let them leave.
As an HR you did your best still, if it is not working out why dragging the same story daily which can only bring unwanted rumours and headache to HR and others in the work place. After all its not a counselling centre. If thats the case the situation is different.

Yes,
I agree with Mr. Mohan Rao opinion.
That husband is narrow minded. or, he should marry a house wife.
When girl child start her career from LKG she would mostly be with CO Education. why opinions change when they grow up.
If women have to work they have to interact to survive in Companies. That is inbuilt.
So, i dont think whether working in same company or different makes difference.
Narrow minded husband's only will behave in such way.
Any ways Both working in same company is more fetching with regard to Proffesional and personal life.
Thanx,
Madhavi.
