I am posting this thing for the second time.
I am working in an international call center and I am looking for a quality evaluation form.
I want to include parameters like : convincing ability
Presenting skills
Opening call
Closing call
wrap up time
Voice modulations
Accent/Pronunciations
It would be good if i get to see some sample quality evaluation forms that are used in the call centers.

i need a quality evaluation form..its for a call centre.i saw abhisheks but that is not something im looking for. something more simple that can grade intro, opening,pitch,closing and rebuttals. if someone has one ,can i have a look at it just to get an idea of how i can make one. thankyou.

Hi! This is Ms. Lipika..am new to this site...am a Team Leader in a BPO and i am looking for a simple and straightforward call quality evaluation form....my dept is an outbound call center wherein we make calls to customers and try and get them interested in online colleges...so i need basic parameters to evaluate the calls esp where they have made a sale...anyone to help me out with this?
