You can withdraw the PF amount by filling two forms Form-19 and Form-10c and in case you want to get your amount transfered you need to fill up Form-13. All this forms you will get in the PF website www.epfindia.com.
To view your amount according to me you need to have National Social Security Number (NSSN) and by entering that number in the above mentioned website you can check your PF amount. Hope this information will be useful for you all........
