I am working as Software engineer with 4.6yrs of total experience. I was working 4 yrs in spring boot and switched my job and joined TCS. I got old technology project and support type of changes with not much of development. I started looking for new job but interviewer cross question me and tells me not to leave TCS but my productivity and skills are getting hampered due to this type of work and I am not happy with the type of job. What should I do now? Do i need to search new job ? How to convince employer that I want to join their company?
