Dear All, i m working in solar manufacturing company, i have 13 years HR generalist profile exp, Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, Time Office , Payroll in ERP-HRM-Payroll, UP ID Act, Grievance Management, Compliance, now my designation is Officer HR.
i have faced many interviews but , i cant understand that why i m not success to get new job, i also realized that, there are many draw backs in HR lobby, mostly professionals proffered reference candidates, i feel that i m also have weakness my presentation is not good , english is also not good and but i m able to work any situation and environment, location is not problem for me i can move anywhere in india, also i can join at same package 34000 pm.
