This is common problem for other language speakers. There are 4 important part of Communication.
Reading
Writing
Listening
Speaking
The other language speakers have to think in english. Most of the time they are thinking in their own language & then translate the same. That is a root cause of the problem.
To improve ur speaking u must be good listener so that u can be confident in ur pronunciation. U can refer good english movies, BBC news, interviews etc.
With help of ur friends u can have role play for improvement, take different situations & practice.

there is no direct way unless you speak it time and time. if you parctice engouh,you are naturally master the language.
