Can any one tell me, from where to download form 3A. One of our ex-employee has submitted the PF withdrawl form & from PF office it has been instructed to submit form 3A along with the withdrawl form so that request can be processed faster. I am co-ordinating for the very first time for PF withdrawl of any employee. So wondering if I can get help from the seniors on the whole procedure.
