Navigating Visa Bans When Transitioning from Private to Government Job - CiteHR

No Tags Found!

I was working for a private company from June 2008 to July 2011 as an Engineer (Visa designation is welder). In July 2011, I resigned from the company and left the country after the visa cancellation. Once again, I rejoined the company in March 2012, and as of now, I am still working with the company.

Now, I have received an offer from a Government (Oil Sector) company. Can I resign from the current company without incurring a ban? If a ban is imposed, is there any way to have it removed? For your information, I hold a Diploma.
