Greetings,
Please write in to Prarthana Alley. She is the program coordinator at AHRD. Put all your questions to her. She is very supportive. Here's her profile at CiteHR . You will be rightly guided, if you communicate with the right source. You can apply for the program directly with them for better guidance.

Hi Shweta,
I too have a similar concern. I am also planning to enroll myself in AHRB program but not sure if it's worth paying R.75000 for this certification course.
I would request all the CiteHR members who have attended their Workshops to give us their valuable feedback on their courses.
Regards,
Satpreet Kaur

After the successful completion of the entire Licentiate program , The final degree is that of the “Licentiate HR Generalist program” or “Licentiate T&D Specialist program” awarded from Asian HR Board (AHRB) and CAMI i.e. Carlton Advanced Management Institute of US; along with the 5 individual CAMI certificates for all the 5 programs.

Dear Shweta,
Are you intending to complete this course, for organic and inorganic growth in Corporate sector? I am not sure how far would this be acknowledge for lectureship programs or further research. What about the pedagogy? Generally the value of a research depends immensely, on the guides that you may find. An FPM is equivalent to Mphil, which precedes Ph.d.
I am looking forward to hear from Prarthana. She is from the advanced-level and executive education sector. She will have a better view to the future and learning from these courses. This course will require very high level engagement and extensive investment of resources. Hence, need to confirm, how promising would it be for you.
