Dear Seniors,
It has been a while since I have put forth my queries.
I would be grateful to receive your support in this matter. My question is quite general and pertains to all female aspirants who wish to excel in their careers but also have to manage their family responsibilities simultaneously.
I was previously working as a Manager but had to resign from my job to take a maternity break. Now, as I look towards my future, I feel apprehensive about reentering the professional world as balancing a 9-hour shift plus 1-2 hours of travel with a small baby seems increasingly challenging.
After careful consideration and discussions with several women at a similar career level for their advice, I noticed that many have either left their jobs or taken breaks to raise their children. I simply wish to know if there are opportunities for experienced professionals in the education sector even without a Ph.D. If so, where and how can one find such opportunities? I have explored options like lecturing at MBA colleges, but have not been successful in finding the right opportunity.
I would greatly appreciate your advice.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Kriti

Dear Kriti,
Yes, getting back to the grind after a maternity break is a tough time. Experienced professionals do get a chance in the education sector, but the pay is not that great. Also, unless the Guest Lectures actually arise, the proposal does not go through.
You can still do a course in teaching for the pre-primary; it is about a 3 to 6-month course. Tree House School offers this course, and then you can try out with High Schools nearby your residence. The timings are around 6 to 7 hours daily...
