Hi All,
In 2006, I was working with ICICI on the payroll of MAFOi and left the org. after 11 months. As I was new to the job at that time, I did'nt collect any of the relieving documents or forms.
Now, I am having my old salary slips and PF account no. with me, but the MAFOI office has been closed in that location. Please suggest how can I withdraw my this PF amount.

Hi,
if you know your PF number, just fill the PF withdrawal forms i.e. Form 10C and Form 19 and submit to regional Pf office.
also attached one cancelled cheque/ or bank statement / or photocopy of bank passbook with the form

if you have any contact no. of any person of Mafoi, please call them and get signature on forms which are mentioned by prajkta.
also, i you feel free, can i know in which city you was working ? so that if possible i can get contact them and give you the office address.

I tried this no. but it is not in service now and presently I am not in Agra so could not visit his office.

It appears from your post that you are quite young and are still working with some other employer. May I suggest you to please reconsider your decision to withdraw your PF dues for 11 month services rendered in the ICICI in the year 2006 ? Instead, I suggest you to please get your old PF dues transferred to your present PF account and also obtain scheme certificate for EPF dues. Thus doing, your employer contribution would not be taxable income and the scheme certificate will benefit you in future.

Yes Piyush, Mr syam is correct, you can do the same also. but if you decided to withdraw your PF than consider Reena’s suggestion.

You can contact the PF office and tell your problem to them. They should be able to guide you in this matter. If i am not wrong you can actually get the PF claim form attested by the banker where you have your SB A/c, in case you are not able to get the employers signature etc.
