Hi there,
Details posted by me in the report provided from HR to the board or executive management team is done in a report from. Done on a logo paper and endorsed at the end of the page by the Human Resources manger. Then the document is dispatched to the Vice president HR who delivers and discusses the report with the board of directors. However I was preparing this report when I was working for a petroleum company that had over 1000 employees. So u can imagine how active HR department was and how much information we had to deliver to the management.
If you need help in compiling the report in the format I have provided just feed me with the information I need to put and soft copy of company logo and I will compile a report for your to deliver to your management.
Please not that I need accurate information for the training statistics so I can give you’re a presentable graph to go with it.
