1>MBA(Industry Tntegrated) degree from madurai kamraj university
2> correspondence course from icfai,symbiosis,annamalai or
3> certificate course from IIM,XLRI ,IMT ghaziabad offered by NIIT Imperia

A course from the top b schools is always a better option than going in for courses from lesser known colleges....IIMs, XLRI or IMT degree would certainly help more....for more details you can visit NIIT: NIIT IMPERIA: Executive Management program, Management training courses, management development courses. The current admission cycle is going on for EPHRM course in collaboration with IIML......
