Can anyone give me a rough idea about the salary range for HR fresher and HR 1 yr experience candidates in a middle size company?

It is too much if you expect a reply for your question within 5 hours and please remember that most people are preoccupied with their daily routine. OK. Bye-the bye, I believe you are from Chennai, HR Fresher you can start from 8 K per month and for one year experience it can be of Rs. 10 K per month. Under the present context, this may be correct, but I am not sure these people will stick on the present job for even at least 1 year.

freasher - 8k and for 1 yr (relevant experience) and with HR Specialization can get up to 15k-max 18k in middle level companies.

Rather than salary, being a fresher first focus on the opportunities that you are going to learn from a new job. Till you gain good practiical knowledge in HR functions you should not focus too much on salary alone. Even if it is between 5K to 6K, if the position offered gives good scope for learning accept the offer and invest your time in learning the profession in-depth. Stick 2 - 3 years in a company which will give you good returns afterwards.

The salary for Fresher or 1 r 2 years exp is very difficult , It will depends candidates qualification and nature of the company because varies from manufacturing industry to hospitality or software developing company.

There are lots of parameters for salary fixation like: City, Minimum Wages, Industry, Education(Institute), etc...
Apart from that you need to be aware of salary range of other similar companies.
