Greetings Everyone,
I am currently working in an IT service-based company for the past year, and I have a total of 2 years of experience in HR and Operations. I just wanted to know what my future salary would be if I continue in the same field. I am a bit concerned about this for the past few months as I can see software developers and sales professionals demanding a higher package when they join a new company. I do agree some of them have valid reasons to demand that as they possess technology knowledge or can bring significant sales to the organization.
However, my major question is, most companies are not willing to invest in or offer a better package for Human Resources as they believe that these tasks can be done by anyone with decent knowledge. I just wanted to know what the industry standard salary is for an HR professional (Operations, Management, Recruitment) with 4+ years of experience in the same domain. What about with 2 years, 6 years, and 8 years of experience?
I know it's not the best question to ask, but... Thanks in advance
