I myself have worked in multiple countries and have faced the same issue.
Generally, the company you are joining would have certain criteria for pay structures.
As far as negotiating on your part is concerned, I have just asked people around with same level of experience in my field.

AFIK, no such tables/charts are available. one has to negotiate considering various factors, viz
1. duration
2. hardship
3. tax applicability
4. leave cycle
5. air fare
6. facilities like accommodation, food & transport
It is advisable to get overseas salary in $$.
