Hello friends...
im new member of this community.I was just searching for my summer project , wherein i have to consolidate the HR policies at various plants of my company and give them a consolodated HR manual. I have taken Hr majors with marketing minors.
I just dont know what is the HR manual all about and how does one go about designing the policiy handbook.
If someone has an experience and has drafted, please help me out in this regard.
