You can organize a fashion show and select best dressed up person, one male one female. Housie is also a common game taht you can organise.

When I organized an annual party, i had kept a Hawaiian theme. Keeping a theme makes people interested in the even. And the party was colorful with flower garlands and colorful clothes. Also when u keep games see that these games have a lot of interaction among the staff. We had arranged for Hawaiian games for it to link with our theme.
