hi all,
I'm releiving from my current organization and joining a new one.I've told the company that i'm going to join that i'll be available only after one month after selection and they agreed so and i've got the offer letter stating so.I've asked them 1 month time for joining as i've to complete my current assingnments with the current company and i calculated one month for it.but i could complete it within 15 days and now my current company is ready to releive me.my humble question is that is this time gap creates any problem even in my future if i'm joining the company after 15 days??
plz reply.........

Dear Prakash, It should not matter much. You shouldn’t waste your time, though 15 days is quite a negligible gap. Regards. byomjeet mishra

As how we look at it being HR professionals, the most reasonable time in between a previous and new job should be at least 30 days, we should just try to follow this as this will ensure that their will be no complication later on.

Hi,
If you are really concern about the 15 days gap than you can speak to your new company and join them early I don't think that any company will have any problem if you check your offer letter you will find "your joining would be on or before'' the specific date.
Otherwise you have got 15 days time to refresh yourself and prepare for the new assingment. There is many professional in the industry who have taken this kind of rest time between their old and new orgnaisation just relax and enjoy your time.
